6-Week Meditation Course
This 6-week meditation course is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and build a steady, meaningful meditation practice that fits into real life.
Meeting for six one-hour sessions on Monday evenings, each class gently layers technique, understanding, and experience. You’ll explore a range of traditional and accessible meditation practices, including breath awareness, mindfulness, mantra, and japa meditation, with time for guided practice, reflection, and questions each week.
The course is designed for both beginners and those wanting to deepen an existing practice. Rather than striving for a “quiet mind,” the focus is on cultivating steadiness, self-awareness, and a more compassionate relationship with your thoughts and emotions.
Each participant will receive:
Over six weeks, we’ll explore how meditation supports nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, clarity, and presence, drawing from both ancient wisdom traditions and modern understandings of the mind.
This is a supportive, small-group environment where consistency is encouraged and curiosity is welcome. No prior meditation experience is needed.
