What to bring:
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow and any extra cushions or bolsters you'd like to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Wear warm, comfortable clothing, as you'll be resting for the duration of the experience.

No yoga experience is necessary—simply settle in, close your eyes, and allow yourself to be immersed in sound.
