Membership Details:
Unlimited Classes for the duration of your membership
Minimum Commitment: 3 months
Auto-Pay: $80 per fortnight via direct debit
Holds: Eligible after 1 month of membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months, with 2 weeks' notice via email
Cancellation: Requires 14 days' written notice via email. Membership remains active for 14 days after your final payment
Renewal: Automatically renews until cancelled
Refund Policy: Non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable
Class Bookings: We recommend booking via Punchpass. If unable to attend, please cancel your booking to avoid a No-Show Fee
