This is not a normal Yoga class folks! 

This playful class starts with interactive warms ups, games and tasks incorporating sticks and balls.

Next we play with Animal Crawls & Ground Based Locomotion Movement to challenge our co-ordination and ground based strength & mobility. 

Then we move onto Yoga Arm Balance Shapes focusing on correct physical preparation of the wrists, shoulders and spine and then technique work. 

The arm balance shapes we practice range from basic crow pose right up to inversions such as Headstand, Forearm Stand and finally Handstands. 

This class is suited for all levels and is beginner friendly. 

With progressions for everyone, this is a great way to practice the technique of those more challenging inversions you have always wanted to learn but have never been shown the detailed progressions to build. 

This class is non-heated and taught by Aaron who has almost 10 years of Arm Balancing Experience and can take you far down this wonderful rabbit hole of movement fun!
