Week 1 - Foundations of Strength & Flexibility 

Week 2 - Breath & Balance

Week 3 - Strength & Flexibility 

Week 4 - Mindfulness & Flow 

These classes are taught by Aaron and run each Thursday night of the program 7.30 - 9pm. 

A pre-paid course fee is required to attend these classes. 

These classes are Non-Heated.
