Vin Yin is a mix of two styles of yoga — Vinyasa and Yin — sometimes called Yin Yang Yoga. It’s all about finding balance between movement and stillness, energy and rest.
The first half of the class is a gentle Vinyasa flow to warm up the body and release extra energy. The second half is a calming Yin practice, where you hold poses for longer to stretch deeply and relax.
This class is both uplifting and soothing, and it's a great way for anyone — especially beginners —to feel the benefits of both active and restful yoga in one session.
This class is not heated — instead, we gently build heat in the body through the flowing Vinyasa sequence in the first half of class. This natural warmth helps prepare the muscles for the longer-held Yin poses that follow, without the risk of overstretching that can happen in overly heated environments.
It's a safe and balanced way to move, stretch, and unwind.
