When you immerse yourself in a longer practice you begin to shed away the layers of dis-ease & dis-comfort within the body and mind.  

Move through a wholesome two-hour practice of guided breath practices, vinyasa style yoga, sweet savasana & guided meditation.

Re-discover who you are when you put aside your roles & responsibilities in life and come home to yourself.

Suitable for all levels of experience.

It is advised to finish eating 2 hrs prior to our start time.

BYO yoga mat 

This practice is non heated, so it is advised to wear layers and bring a towel/scarf or blanket.
