Our Slow Flow (Warm) is a 60 - minute warm class done at a meditative pace, allowing for peace and calm in both body and mind. You will be guided through a sequence of poses that are held for several rounds of breath which encourages you to explore each pose with intention and cultivate a deeper understanding and awareness about your body. Slow Flow is perfect for all levels providing a soothing blend of movement, stretching, balance and mindfulness.
