Our Yin Yoga class targets deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It is a slower and more meditative class, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. This class perfectly compliments your hot yoga practice by opening up blockages and allowing your energy to flow freely. Although the goal of yin isn't to move through poses freely, rather, each pose is held for around 2 - 3 minutes (or even longer).
