An amazing combination of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Also known as Yin Yang yoga - opposing forces in nature that represents dark and light, active and passive. The first half of the class is a heated Vinyasa flow to warm the body and rid it of excess Prana (energy) followed by a relaxing Yin sequence. Energising and calming, every yoga student will benefit from making time to practice Vin Yin.
